Real-life challenge resolved : Quooker case

Quooker operates in over 15 markets and is faced with a common challenge: siloed data across Magento, GA4, Search Console and spreadsheets. GA4 revenue tracking was unreliable, and their management lacked a clear, actionable overview.

Together, we designed a fully integrated dashboard:

  • One global overview with detailed local views

  • Automated data flows (including a custom-built Magento connector)

  • A responsive, visually upgraded Looker Studio dashboard

  • Consolidated KPIs across 15+ Google Analytics properties via a data warehouse

  • Monthly insights that directly fuel Steerco decisions

The Result?

  • One source of truth across teams and countries

  • Insight-led management meetings

  • Smarter, faster decisions

AI as the Lifeline for Overloaded Teams

Faced with this challenge, the team brainstormed: “What if we use AI to generate SEO descriptions automatically?” It seemed like the perfect fix. No extra burden on editors, faster improvements to search visibility, and smarter content strategy.

But the reality was… more complicated.

Sure, generating a summary with AI sounds simple — until you hit the unforeseen obstacles:

Phase 1 — Automation Meets Reality

To start small, the developers launched Phase 1: a limited pilot involving 100 pages. The goal was to fine-tune the prompts, evaluate output quality, and chart the best workflows.

But even this pilot exposed new challenges:

Want to Start Using Marketing Automation? Here's What You Need to Know

          Image Marketing Automation (1)

          What Marketing Automation Actually Does

Marketing automation handles all the repetitive stuff, so you can focus on strategy.

The Implementation Process (What Really Happens)

Setting up marketing automation isn't just about picking a platform and hoping for the best. We build your marketing infrastructure from scratch and in such a manner that it fits your particular needs.

What Actually Goes Wrong in Migrations

Website migrations fail for predictable reasons, but these issues are completely preventable with the right approach.

                The Strategic Migration Approach

Successful migrations don’t just preserve your search visibility – they can actually improve it while delivering the benefits of your new platform.

It starts with comprehensive planning. Every indexable URL, backlink, top landing page, and performance metric gets audited and benchmarked before any changes begin.

It maintains URL stability where possible. Keeping existing URL structures eliminates risk, but when changes are necessary, every redirect is mapped meticulously.

It preserves all SEO elements. Metadata, structured data, canonical tags, and internal linking structures transfer intact to the new platform.

It includes thorough testing. Redirect maps get tested with crawlers, staging environments are properly blocked from search engines, and monitoring systems track performance hourly during launch.

It treats migration as cross-functional. SEO requirements have equal weight alongside design, development, and business needs throughout the process.

                The Migration Advantage

When executed strategically, migrations become opportunities for significant improvement rather than just risk management.

Enhanced performance capabilities. Moving to modern platforms often enables better Core Web Vitals, faster loading times, and improved mobile experience – all ranking factors.

Technical debt elimination. Migrations provide the perfect opportunity to fix legacy issues, consolidate content, and implement best practices from the ground up.

Scalability improvements. New platforms typically offer better content management, easier optimization capabilities, and more robust analytics integration.

Competitive positioning. While competitors who migrate poorly lose visibility, your strategic approach can capture their lost traffic and market share.

Google finally listened to what advertisers actually wanted!

                What we found

Our team has been playing around with the new channel reporting feature. It shows you impressions, interactions and conversions distribution across channels (Search, YouTube, Display, Shopping, all of it.)

Here's something interesting we discovered: We had one client questioning their YouTube performance based on the limited data available. When the new reporting launched, we could finally prove YouTube was actually delivering solid purchase revenue, even without product feeds. The ROAS was sustainable and only slightly lower than their top-performing paid search campaigns.

                Channel performance reporting actually works

This new reporting is really useful. You can see:

                • How much you spend on each Google channel

                • Why some channels aren't working (with suggestions to fix them)

                • Which format performs better (videos vs product ads vs all ads)

                • Download everything as a proper report

We tested this across different client accounts. The results were surprising. The diagnostics revealed optimisation opportunities we couldn't spot before. As an example, you could find out that Google Maps is not serving due to incomplete store information. Now we can fix these issues immediately.

Cleaning up search themes that don't work

                  4. 04

                    Adding negative keywords where needed

                  What we recommend:

                  • Maximise your asset coverage: Google showed that excellent ad strength can increase conversions by 6% at similar CPA

                  • Include at least one video: their data shows advertisers with videos see 12% more conversions on average

                  • Use your customer data for audience signals

                  • Give campaigns a couple of weeks to ramp up, especially when making changes

                  • Focus on asset variety using the new reporting to see what actually works

                  What's next

These aren't just nice new features. They give you an advantage if you use them early. We're already seeing better results for clients who've made these changes.

The truth is, Performance Max was always working well leveraging a cross-channel approach to cover the mid-lower funnel. Now it's powerful and transparent. That's a much better combination.

Want to see how these updates work for your campaigns?

Our PPC team is already using these features across client accounts. We can show you what we found and help you get started.
