Data quality & enrichment
With Pimcore at the core, Chadwicks introduced rules for product data quality and built-in validation checks. A flagging system helps highlight missing or inconsistent details, while enrichment tools improve product descriptions and standardize naming conventions, vital for consistency across 50+ branches and multiple brands.
AI-pilot with SPIDER
In collaboration with Youwe, Chadwicks tested AI-driven enrichment using SPIDER + Pimcore. The proof of concept showed how AI could suggest attributes, improve product categorization, and even support data clean-up. The success of this pilot paved the way for adopting Pimcore Enterprise with AI co-pilot features.
Group-wide integration
Chadwicks’ digital strategy extends beyond one brand. When Group companies Cork Builders Providers and Telfords, needed new eCommerce functionality and focus, Pimcore was adapted to seamlessly onboard the new entities. This ability to scale and integrate new businesses quickly ensures Chadwicks can grow without losing control of product data quality.
