Elze Kool has been a full-stack developer at Youwe for almost 10 years. In this role, Elze has been responsible for delivering frontends, both native and headless. Throughout his career, Elze has been involved in ensuring accessibility compliance in internal and customer projects. His hands-on experience has given him deep insight into what it takes to meet modern accessibility standards and the common challenges and pitfalls teams face along the way.
