Focus Bikes
Focus Bikes is one of Pon’s luxury brands. The business wanted to better integrate the online and offline customer journey, and to use the website as a conversion machine for dealers. Its current website was due for renewal, and it didn’t satisfy the conditions necessary to achieve the Focus Bikes objective.
There were many online challenges for Focus Bikes. Its bike-finder function just wasn’t relevant enough and couldn’t satisfy user needs. The online customer experience was uninviting and lacked inspiration for the user. Plus, the website had no conversion points leading through to the dealers. And, to add to the problems, all the product information was still maintained manually on the website, with data being exported from the ERP system, and a lack of photos, videos and specifications.
Process and procedures were time-consuming, and multiple sources were having to be managed. It was time for Youwe to step in and help.
Our solution
Focus Bikes chose to change from their previously installed old TYPO3 platform to a modern Magento solution with an ERP and Product Information Management integration. Nowadays, the website editors and visitors enjoy the pleasure of a multidimensional CMS, smart search and configurator capabilities, all in one.
By updating the website, Focus Bikes has achieved:
Everything on the website is intended to inform the consumers and guide them to the nearest dealer. For example, a test ride can be requested on the website itself. The website also shows which bikes are in stock at which dealer.
The results
The re-energised online presence of focus-bikes.com now offers what consumers expect, and the project has been a resounding success. Test ride conversions doubled within one month. The new website now suitably represents the high quality of the Focus Bikes brand, and delivers a seamless purchase journey for customers.
Multidimensional CMS, smart search, and configurator capabilities. These are all just a few of the many possibilities of a Magento solution when combined with an ERP and a PIM system. Are you curious about what an updated website can achieve for your company?
