Smart self-service, built on Pimcore
To give patients more autonomy and improve service delivery, we built an intuitive self-service portal powered by Pimcore. This platform acts as the master data management hub, maintaining accurate and consistent product and inventory information.
It dynamically matches patients with the correct medical supplies based on their prescriptions and care protocols, ensuring they always receive what they need, nothing more and nothing less. The result is a safe, user-friendly environment where patients can confidently manage their own care.
Integration across the care network
To support coordinated care, the portal integrates deeply with Salesforce, enabling real-time synchronisation of patient data, referring care professionals, and medical history. This creates a single source of truth across teams, reducing administrative overhead and manual errors.
Mulesoft middleware connects the platform with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring product availability, logistics, and order fulfilment are always in sync. This strong backend foundation allows healthcare providers to focus on patients, not processes.
Reliable, secure & effortless
Patients can easily reorder consumables, such as masks and tubing, using the built-in replenishment feature based on their order history. This reduces friction for returning users and eliminates the need for manual follow-ups.
The portal is secured with advanced monitoring tools for uptime and data protection, supporting continuity of care.
